A partnership built to end money stress.

Finances can create lots of stress and anxiety, but it doesn’t have to be that way. That’s why Unwinding by Sharecare partnered with Mint — a leading personal finance management app — to create a Financial Stress & Habits course to help you understand your tensions around money and break free from financial stress.

Build a healthy relationship with your finances.

The habits we form around money are deeply rooted in our emotions, and your financial behavior can stir up all kinds of negative feelings, from guilt and shame, to anxiety and regret. Believe it or not, it’s possible to have a stress-free relationship with your bank account. Our Financial Stress & Habits course, created in partnership with Mint, will help you uncover your negative habits and build healthier ones.

Step-by-step guidance

Through seven lessons, the Financial Stress & Habits course will help you become aware of your financial stress and how to better manage it. First, you will learn why stress may be the source of some of your unhelpful financial habits. Then, you will be introduced to several tools that you can use to break unwanted habits and develop new, healthy ones to help shift your relationship with money. By the end, you will have a better sense of how to take control of your finances, manage any stress or anxiety surrounding them, and achieve your goals for the future.

Tools in your toolkit

Along with this course, we encourage you to explore complimentary tools within the Unwinding app. The Shopping Awareness & Five Finger Breathing Take 5 exercises will help you to pause, listen, and reflect on your financial habits with curiosity and kindness. Further, the Breathing Tool will help to center yourself during moments of elevated financial stress. To get a sense for your spending habits and create a budget, be sure to check out our partner, Mint.
